I have always loved this photograph of
my late parents with my elder brother and was devastated when I found that it had been damaged. When I learned how to use
photopaint I was determined to repair it
I was quite pleased with my first attempt,
but I really wanted to do something more interesting with the background and I didn't think the collar on Mum's jacket looked
quite right
In case you are wondering how I managed to repair Dad's left eye,
I copied and pasted his right one and used a soft eraser around the edges to make it blend in
This is the end product. I am much happier with it and feel it is a much more
fitting tribute to Mum and Dad
